Does Intuitive Wellness accept insurance?

Intuitive Wellness does not accept insurance and is not a preferred provider on any health plan. Intuitive Wellness furnishes a super bill upon request which can then be submitted by the patient to their insurance company for reimbursement. Qualifications for reimbursement is subject to individual patient's health plans. 

What is a superbill? 

A superbill is a form completed by medical practitioners that allows patients to be reimbursed directly from their health insurance companies. A superbill does not guarantee that an insurance provider will pay for the services provided.

What to wear to an appointment?

Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and please do not wear any perfume or strong smelling body products. It will be requested that any jewelry or belts be removed prior to your appointment as they can get in the way of your treatment.
