A new child appointment is for children under the age of 20 years old who are new to my practice or require a more extensive treatment
Cancellation Policy
My office requires 24-hours notice in the event that you must cancel your appointment. Patients who miss their appointment or cancel at the last minute will be charged for the full amount of the appointment.
